Our package plan addresses this by allowing you to pause and resume work as needed, ensuring you only pay for the time your designer is actively working.

This can be particularly useful for businesses that may not have enough design work to fill up an entire month. Additionally, the service offers a high level of flexibility in how clients can request designs, and the service is designed to be fast, with most requests completed in just two days or less.

Typically, most requests are completed within two days or less. However, bigger requests may require more time to complete.

Once a client signs up for one of plans, they’ll receive credentials to log on to our platform and access all of our design services. 
Clients can request designs directly via their platform, share Google docs or explicative video documents. As long as it can be linked to or shared in their client portal.

Once we received the request, we start working on it.

If a client doesn’t like the design, Betch Studio will continue to revise the design until the client is 100% satisfied or they don’t have any more day credits.

We get it, you might not need design work for a whole month. Maybe just a couple of requests for now? That’s where pausing your subscription comes in handy!

Our billing cycles operate on a 31-day basis. For example, if you subscribe and use the service for 21 days, then choose to pause your subscription, the billing cycle will also pause. You’ll still have 10 days of service left, which you can use anytime in the future.
